Sweet Potato Juice
- 1 cup of grapes
- ¼ cup cranberries
- Ginger
- 1 sweet potato – cooked
- 1 apple
Apple Carrot Beet Juice
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- 1 beet
- 1 ginger root
Autumn’s Goodness Juice
- 3 carrots
- ½ bunch of kale
- 1 or 2 pears
- 1 cup of grapes
Tomato Carrot Soup
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 carrots
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp of dried dill
- 1 tsp of parsley (optional)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Juice the tomatoes and carrots. Add salt and pepper, dill, parsley and olive oil. Serve. If you want it warm, simmer for 10 minutes on stove top over medium heat.
Using the ABOVE recipe-use the leftover pulp from the carrots and tomatoes for salsa. Add in 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ onion. Salt. Some chopped cilantro. And a few tbsp of olive oil.
Corn Carrot Soup
- 2 cobs of fresh corn
- 1 carrot
- Salt & pepper
Cut the corn off the cob. Juice the corn and carrot. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
** If you want warm soup, we suggest adding ½ chopped onion and 1 or 2 cups of vegetable stock. Simmer the onion. Then add the corn and carrot juice. Then add 1 or 2 cups of vegetable stock. Simmer for 10 minutes on stove top over medium heat. Add cream if you want a thicker soup.
