While the latter is advisable, the former category constitutes the majority and thus demands ways to solve the obvious panic attacks in the near days. Find your superpower
If you realize you don’t excel in anything, but have little knowledge about everything, try to broaden your horizon in the one thing you know is your calling out of the lot. It’s not possible to become a master of all trades just before applying for colleges, so it’s advisable for you to be good in the one thing you can manage to learn in a short time.
Get a part time job

Soft skills are something that never leave your hands. It’s an important support system even if you are the best student or whether you have been passing marginally. Which college wouldn’t like a nice personality? Work on your communication, posture etc.
Work on recommendations and essay section of the college application form
The essay section in a college application form is one of the most important one, the things mostly asked to explain in the essay section is about yourself, your skills, why do you think you are the right candidate etc. these questions are often the keep or leave decision maker. Once you get a hold of what you are going to write in the essay section, it’s time to work on the recommendation part, get written recommendation about your skill from the professor or working professional of the subject you want to study in college.
