Each year, the students design and build robots following a theme.  The theme this year is “In the Zone.” Not only do the girls have group meetings on Thursdays, but members meet before and after school frequently in their “war room.”

The girls are working on a robot for competitions this year, which will culminate in Louisville, Kentucky with an international contest in April. They guard their notes, so that the two other teams which are made up of all boys don’t see what they are doing.
