HOBY offers leadership seminars based on three leadership perspectives: personal, group, and societal. HOBY leadership opportunities were designed to prepare students to turn their ideas and goals into reality.

Based in Chicago, the HOBY World Leadership Congress is a week-long summer program that promotes and empowers students to become better leaders within society. College students have the opportunity to interact, experience, explore, and participate in leadership exercises and activities. Students who attend the HOBY World Leadership Congress have the option to earn two college credits.

“Our hope is to encourage young leaders to develop big ideas that will impact the world,” said Robin Kelleher,  Hope For The Warriors co-founder and president/CEO. “These scholarships for military children are designed to aid them in the growth of personal leadership and management skills.”

“Additionally, this opportunity has been initiated to allow young minds to grow in the five core HOBY values: volunteerism, integrity, excellence, diversity, and community partnership,” added Kelleher.
