This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., and you must be 18 years old or older.

The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. Everything is subject to full Official Rules and is void where prohibited or restricted.

Eligibility: All of the HowToLearn.com sweepstakes are open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who at time of entry reside within the United States or the District of Columbia and are age 18 or older. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE 1 winner will receive one copy of the prize stated in this week’s giveaway sweepstakes.  Prize is listed on the HowToLearn.com and the HowToLearn.com facebook page. Prizes rotate regularly.

If you are unclear what the prize is for this week, you may call us at 7078378180.   Approximate Retail Value “RV” depends on the prize and it will vary between $1 and $10,000. The Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Selection and Notification: The winning Entry will be selected randomly by HowToLearn.com using a sweepstakes app which will choose the winner as long as they have met all qualifications from all valid Entries received. The selection is final. The potential winners will be notified by email after the prize drawing based on the information provided on the entry form. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: 1 potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within seven (7) business days after its transmission; 2 the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; 3 the return of the prize as undeliverable; 4 potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; 5 potential winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the Promotion.

Consent and Release: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for The Center for New Discoveries In Learning, Inc.(HowToLearn.com) to announce the winner’s name for promotional purposes without further compensation and presentation of any or all prizes shall be contingent upon submission of written consent from the winner as to such use. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release The Center for New Discoveries In Learning, Inc. (HowToLearn.com)  from any claims and/or liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or misuse of the prize. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute related to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts in Los Angeles County, California. By participating in this Contest, Entrants understand and agree (and agree to confirm in writing): to abide to these Official Rules which are final and binding and the decisions of Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final.

General: Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and waives, and releases Sponsor and Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
